Granlibakken Tahoe Villa Tahoe City, Tahoe City

The food at Granlibakken was absolutely fantastic! Chef Ron creates very nice culinary delights that truly enhance the overall experience. I looked forward to every meal, and the breakfast options were far beyond what you'd find at a typical hotel. From crispy hash browns to delicious avocado toast, I was always satisfied. It was such a pleasant surprise considering I didn't expect restaurant-level food at a resort!

The onsite spa was a major highlight of my stay. Alyssa, the massage therapist, provided an really good experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. Post-treatment, I made my way to the jacuzzi, which was a lovely way to unwind after a day of skiing. I appreciated the relaxing ambiance and the convenience of having such a quality facility right at the resort.

Granlibakken offers a variety of fun activities for both kids and adults. I particularly loved the snow hill for sledding, which was perfect for my family. The facility also had a gym with free weights and cardio machines. I was impressed by the number of leisure options available right on the hotel, making it easy to stay active during our visit.

My room was incredibly cozy and well-equipped with everything I needed. It had a reliable heater, which kept me warm during the chilly nights. The bed was super comfortable, and the view of the snow outside was lovely. Having a microwave and a fridge in the room was an added convenience that made my stay all the more enjoyable.
